Punta Grossa is a tourist village where guests stay in comfortable apartments and can choose between a holiday in the Hotel Formula with full board or half board or in the Residence Formula with overnight stay only.
Family
Rooms
The Family Room was born as a one-room apartments, but with the furniture it was possible to create two separate rooms.
It is located in the A Sector, on the first floor, and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people in Hotel Formula.
It consists in living room with kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, 2 electric hotplates and a microwave oven, a color TV, a double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, a double bedroom and a sofa bed, a telephone and a private safe; bathroom with shower and hair dryer; two verandas, one of which is equipped for dining outside and the other equipped with a clothesline.
All apartments have independent air conditioning and reserved parking.
Two-room
Apartments
The two-room apartment is located in the A Sector, on the ground floor, and can accommodate from 2 to 5 persons +1 child in Hotel Formula.
It consists in living room with kitchenette; equipped with small fridge, 2 electric plates and microwave, color TV, double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, double bedroom and armchair bed, telephone and private safe-deposit box, bathroom with shower and hair dryer and two verandas; one equipped to dine outside and the other provided with outside shower and clothes rack.
All apartments have independent air conditioning and reserved parking.
Three-room Apartments
The three-room apartment (on the ground floor or on the first floor) is located in the B Sector and can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons in Residence treatment.
It consists in living room with double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, color TV and private telephone, kitchenette equipped with fridge, 4 cooker and a microwave; a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses or with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower box and a covered veranda equipped to dine outside, provided with clothes rack.

Four-room
Apartments
The four-room apartment (on the ground floor or on the first floor) is located in the B Sector and can accommodate from 2 to6 persons in Residence treatment.
It consists in living room with sofa, TV color and private telephone, kitchenette equipped with fridge, 4 cooker and a microwave; a double bedroom and two rooms with double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses or bunk bed; a bathroom with shower box and a covered veranda equipped to dine outside, provided with clothes rack.
