A few minutes from the center of Porto Cesareo, the Punta Grossa village is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Ionian coast of Salento.
Directly on the sea
The village overlooks the sea of the Porto Cesareo Marine Park, in the Punta Prosciutto area, nearby the Arneo Wood and the protected areas of Palude Conte and Coastal Dunes and the Castiglione Park with its characteristics “Spunnulate”.
The resort consists of two parts connected to each other by a pedestrian underpass:
Section A
Here the apartments are developed around a central body that houses an information point on the area and excursions, the “Alba Radiosa” restaurant (with buffet service reserved for guests who choose the Hotel Formula and stay in Sector A), and the bar that overlook the swimming pool for adults with Jacuzzi and the children’s pool with large solarium equipped with umbrellas and sun chairs, the amphitheater for evening entertainment shows, the self-service laundry. Here there are also two tennis courts, a third generation soccer field with synthetic grass and a playground for children.
Section B
Here there is a second central body where other services are located including: the reception, the supermarket, the newsagent-gift shop, the boutique, a multimedia games room with billiard room, bowling (with 8 lanes), the disco “La Clave” (open in winter), the “Il Corallo” restaurant (available à la carte for all), the pizzeria-rotisserie and the “Batà” music bar that overlooks the swimming pool equipped with a large solarium that in the summer evenings offers live music concerts, karaoke, piano bar and dance evenings to the rhythm of Caribbean and disco dances.
Residence Formula
with accommodation only and free use of the à la carte restaurant and pizzeria. With this solution, the package will include: Club Card, reserved parking space, consumption of water, electricity, use of kitchenette, bed linen and towels with weekly change, independent air conditioning, cleaning at the end of the period (excluding kitchenette customer care)
B&B Formula
with bed and breakfast treatment and free use of the à la carte restaurant and pizzeria. With this solution, the package will include: Club Card, buffet breakfast at the reserved restaurant, daily rearrangement of the room (excluding kitchenette), bed linen and towels with weekly change, reserved parking space, independent air conditioning and use of the kitchenette (kitchenette cleaning by the customer)
Hotel Formula
with full board or half board with buffet service at the reserved restaurant. With this solution the package will include: Club Card, breakfast, lunch and / or dinner with buffet service at the reserved restaurant with water and draft wine included with meals, daily room cleaning (excluding kitchenette), bed linen with weekly change and bathroom change with daily change, reserved parking space, independent air conditioning and use of the kitchenette (kitchenette cleaning by the customer)
